Ingredients list for Almond Bar

  • 200 grams Almonds
  • 12-14 Chocolate biscuits
  • 3/4 cup Dark chocolate grated
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup Golden apricots roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Method

  1. Toast almonds in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes and transfer into a chopper jar. Cool slightly and chop roughly. Put them into a bowl.
  2. Heat butter in the same pan on medium heat. Add dark chocolate, condensed milk and mix till both blend well.
  3. Add golden apricots to the almonds. Crush the biscuits and add to the almonds and mix well. Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
  4. Line a aluminium tray with cling wrap and put the almond mixture into it. Spread evenly and set aside to cool and set completely.
  5. Cut into bars and serve.
