Ingredients list for Almond Bar
- 200 grams Almonds
- 12-14 Chocolate biscuits
- 3/4 cup Dark chocolate grated
- 1/2 cup Condensed milk
- 3/4 cup Golden apricots roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Method
- Toast almonds in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes and transfer into a chopper jar. Cool slightly and chop roughly. Put them into a bowl.
- Heat butter in the same pan on medium heat. Add dark chocolate, condensed milk and mix till both blend well.
- Add golden apricots to the almonds. Crush the biscuits and add to the almonds and mix well. Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
- Line a aluminium tray with cling wrap and put the almond mixture into it. Spread evenly and set aside to cool and set completely.
- Cut into bars and serve.
