Ingredients list for Aam Ki Lassi
- 1 Mango
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
- 2-3 strands Saffron (kesar)
Method
- Wash, peel, remove seed from mango and make a puree of its flesh in a mixer. Transfer into a bowl.
- In the same mixer blend yogurt, sugar and ice cubes for a minute.
- Add mango puree and blend for half a minute on minimum speed. Garnish with saffron strands and serve chilled.
