Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Mixture of Philadelphia cheese, condensed milk and whipped cream stuffed into strawberries and set in the refrigerator. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients list for Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

8-12 Strawberries
150 grams Cheese Philadelphia
¼ cup Condensed milk
¾ cup Whipped cream
For topping Chocolate sauce

Method

Take Philadelphia cheese in a bowl. Add condensed milk and whisk till well combined.
Add whipped cream and fold in well.
Remove the top and bottom part of the strawberries and core them.
Fill a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle with the cheese mixture and pipe into the strawberries and on top as well. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes.
Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and serve immediately.
