Ingredients for Cheesecake Recipe

  • Muesli 1 cup

  • Sugar 3/4 cup

  • Melted butter for greasing

  • Hung yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup

  • Whipped cream 1 1/2 cups

  • Gelatin , bloomed 1 tablespoon

  • Strawberries 5-6

  • Blueberries as required


Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan, add sugar and cook till it caramelizes. Add muesli and mix well.

Step 2

Grease a cake board and the inside of a large round cutter with some butter. Place the greased cutter in the center of the board and put some muesli-sugar mixture inside the cutter till it is ¼ full and level it out.

Step 3

Take hung yogurt in a mixing bowl, add condensed milk and whisk till well blended. Add whipped cream and fold in well. Add bloomed gelatin and fold in well.

Step 4

Put the yogurt mixture over the muesli mixture in the cutter till it is ¾ full, level it out and tap gently.

Step 5

Cut the strawberries into quarters lengthwise.

Step 6

Arrange strawberry quarters and blueberries on top of yogurt mixture. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Step 7

Demould, cut into wedges and serve.
