500 grams of refined flour
500 grams of dried yellow peas
2 Hilsa fishes
1 small bottle of mustard oil
For faster preparation
Knead and keep the dough. Prepare the dal mixture and set aside. Soak and boil the peas. Marinate the fish and set aside.
How to go about it
First start making the kachori then finish the ghugni. Finally cook the sorse jhol. Serve.
