400 grams kantola
1 medium bunch of dill leaves
130 grams bhuna masala
8 amlas
2 peaches
4 plums
100 grams almonds
100 grams pistachios
100 grams walnuts
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
100 grams khoya
For faster preparation
For juice blend the amla with ginger, cumin and refrigerate to chill. Scrap and remove the seeds from kantola. For fudge puree the plum and peaches, by deseeding them. Then cook the puree in ghee with nuts, condensed milk and khoya. Pour the mixture in greased tray and refrigerate overnight.
How to go about it
Start with the chilled beverage. Cook the kantola by heating oil and sautéing the chillies and cumin seeds. Then add the ginger, garli and kantola, cook. Then add bhuna masala cook till kantola is done add dill and lemon juice, simmer and serve hot. Cut and serve the fudge.
