1 packet tofu

1 piece carrot

1 medium piece green capsicum

1 small piece cabbage

1 bunch spring onions

1 small bottle white pepper powder

1 packet spring roll wrappers

1 small packet cornstarch

1 packet rice paper sheets

1 bunch spinach

1 packet Thai red curry paste

300 grams chicken mince

400 grams bean sprouts

300 grams oatmeal

50 grams almonds

50 grams walnuts

50 grams pistachios

300 grams castor sugar

100 grams jaggery

1 small packet fresh cream

1 small bottle vanilla essence

For faster preparation

For spring roll, process the vegetables. Then prepare the spring rolls and set aside. For the paper rolls cook the chicken mixture and set aside. For toffee rolls, make the rolls.

How to go about it

Assemble the paper rolls. Fry the spring rolls. Prepare the toffee sauce and pour over the oatmeal rolls. Serve.
