600 grams of sesame seeds
1 slab of dark chocolate
250 grams of dried coconut
100 grams of dalia
100 grams of peanuts
200 grams of jaggery
100 grams ghee
200 grams condensed milk
250 grams cottage cheese
100 grams of black sesame seeds
1 small packet of chat masala
300 grams of refined flour
For faster preparation
For laddoo dry roast the ingredients. For gajak dry roast the seeds and grind it set aside. For paneer marinate it and set aside. Then prepare the batter and sesame coating.
How to go about it
Start with the gajak. Then finish the laddoo. Finally coat the paneer with the batter and coat it with seeds and shallow fry it.
