Ingredients list for Til Chocolate aur Nariyal ke Laddoo

  • ¾ cup White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate
  • ½ cup Dried coconut ( khopra) grated
  • ¼ cup Dalia roasted
  • ¼ cup Peanuts
  • ½ cup Jaggery (gur) grated
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • A pinch Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds for 2-3 minutes in a non-stick pan. Add roasted chana dal and peanuts and roast further for 2-3 minutes. Cool the mixture, transfer into a mixer jar and grind into a coarse mixture.
  2. Melt jaggery in another non-stick pan. Add ghee, mix well and switch off the heat.
  3. Add grated coconut, green cardamom powder and the ground mixture and mix well. Transfer into a bowl. Add chocolate powder and mix well.
  4. Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape them into laddoos. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
