Ingredients list for Til ke Gajak
- 1 cup White Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 200 grams Condensed milk
Method
- Dry roast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Switch off the heat and stir further for half a minute.
- Cool them completely, transfer into a mixer jar and grind into a coarse powder.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add the ground powder and sauté till light golden.
- Lower heat, add condensed milk and cook, stirring continuously, till the mixture thickens.
- Spread the mixture in a greased aluminium tray and set aside to cool.
- Cut into pieces, arrange on a serving plate and serve.
