Shopping list

1 medium bunch of coriander
1 small bunch of parsley
1 bottle of paprika
1 small bottle of olive oil
300 grams of chickpeas
100 grams of caster sugar

For faster preparation

Prepare the chermoula dressing. Soak the chickpeas and cook them. Process the other vegetables for salad. Prepare the dressing and set aside.

How to go about it

Toss the salad and serve. Prepare the tea and serve.
