Ingredients for Moroccan Mint Tea Recipe

  • Tea Leaves 2 teaspoons

  • Fresh mint leaves 16

  • Lemons cut into wedges 4

  • Cinnamon 2 one-inch

  • Star anise 4

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) 16 teaspoons

Method

Step 1

Place tea leaves, mint leaves, lemon wedges, cinnamon sticks, star anise and castor sugar in a kettle.

Step 2

Top it with boiling water and let it brew for about three to four minutes. Stir well to dissolve the sugar. Pour into individual glasses and serve hot.
