Menu:

Pav Bhaji Tortilla Roll

Atte Ki Pinni

 

Shopping list :

1 packet of Tortilla wraps

1 small cauliflower

1 small packet of tomato puree

1 packet of pav bhaji masala

250 grams of green capsicum

1 iceberg lettuce

200 grams of processed cheese

1 kilogram of Basmati rice

100 grams of ivy gourd

1 small packet of cashewnuts

1 small packet of goda masala

150 grams of green peas

50 grams of jaggery

1 fresh coconut

250 grams of ghee

100 grams of almonds

100 grams of raisins

250 grams of mawa

 

For faster preparation :

Prepare the pav bhaji and pinni. Process the vegetables for masale bhaat.

 

How to go about it :

Start with the rice first. Then assemble the wrap. Serve.
