Ingredients list for Pav Bhaji Tortilla Roll

  • 4 Tortilla Wrap
  • 2 tablespoons Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 2 medium Onions chopped
  • 4 tablespoons Cauliflower grated
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
  • 2 medium Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Tomato puree
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Pav bhaji masala
  • 1 medium Potato boiled, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 medium Green capsicum finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • a few coriander leaves
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons Processed cheese grated

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add onions and sauté till lightly browned. Add cauliflower and mix. Add ginger paste and garlic paste, mix well and sauté for 1 minute. Add tomatoes and tomato puree, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add pav bhaji masala, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add potato and capsicum and mix.Add ¼ cup water and mix. Add salt and mix well. Chop coriander sprigs and add. Mix and cook for 3-4 minutes or till dry.
  3. Place a tortilla on worktop. Put a portion of bhaji on it and spread evenly. Put onion slices and tear 2 lettuce leaves and put on top. Place another tortilla on top and spread portion of bhaji evenly on it. Put 2 tbsps grated cheese on top.
  4. Place a piece of aluminium foil on worktop and put tortilla on one side and roll. Similarly, make the other roll. Cut and serve.
