Winter is the time for green and other fresh veggies. Make the most of the fabulous produce with these seasonal recipes that are not just delicious but with the right prep take less than 30 minutes of your time too!

Menu: Sarson ka Saag
Shalgam Adraki Gobhi
Surti Papdi Pulao

Shopping list

1 kilogram mustard leaves
500 grams of spinach
250 grams of bathua
1 small packet of corn meal
1 small packet of unsalted butter
4 turnips
250 grams of cauliflower
1 small packet of carom seeds
200 grams surti papdi

For faster preparation

Process the leafy vegetables and set aside. Process the turnip and cauliflower. Process the surti papdi

How to go about it

Cook the rice first and then the shalgam gobi. Finally finish the saag.
