This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Mar 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Surti Papdi, Rice Cuisine Indian Course Rice Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Surti Papdi Pulao 1/2 cup Surti Papdi broken into 2 pieces 1 cup Rice 1 1/2 cups Rice soaked and drained 2 tablespoons Ghee 1 inch Cinnamon stick 5-6 Cloves 1 inch Ginger finely chopped 2-3 Green chillies to taste Salt Juice of ¼ lemon Method Heat ghee in a non-stick kadai, add cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Slit green chillies and add and sauté till fragrant. Add surti papdi, surti papdi dane, rice, salt, lemon juice and 3 cups water and mix well. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or till rice is cooked. Transfer onto a serving plate and serve hot.
