Sundays are meant to be lazy and with a meal like this they will be luxuriant too. Delicious quick recipes that together get made within 30 minutes of your time and are perfect for a Sunday brunch.
 

Menu: Pasta with Buttermilk and Spinach

Watermelon and Papaya Salad

Nutella Ice Cream


Shopping list

1 packet of penne pasta
1 bunch of spinach
1 bottle of olive oil
1 medium red capsicum
1 bottle of parmesan cheese powder/ 1 small block of parmesan cheese
1 medium watermelon
1 medium ripe papaya
1 medium raw mango
A small bunch of fresh mint
1 packet of vanilla ice cream
1 bottle of Nutella
1 packet of Oreo cookies

For faster preparation

Mix all the ingredients for the ice cream and put in the freezer to set. Blanch the pasta. Blanch the spinach and make puree. Chop the garlic and red bell pepper for the pasta. Grate the cheese( In case if blocked parmesan cheese is used.)

How to go about it

Toss the pasta. Mix all the ingredients for the salad, scoop out the ice cream and serve.
