Menu: Lehsuni Methi Parantha
300 grams of green garlic
500 grams of fenugreek leaves
1 small packet of kasoori methi
1 small packet of ajwain
100 grams of baby potatoes
1 small packet of dried mango powder
1 small packet of Kashmiri chilli powder
100 grams of nutralite
50 grams of French beans
1 small cabbage
1 small cauliflower
300 grams of carrots
For faster preparation
Chop the garlic for the parantha. Knead the dough. Process the baby potatoes. Make the coriander and green garlic paste ready. Process the vegetables for fried rice.
How to go about it
Start with the potatoes. Roll the parantha and cook them. Finally finish with tossing of the rice.
