250 grams pumpkin
200 grams chickpeas
200 grams homemade paneer
50 grams walnuts
2 small green capsicums
2 small carrots
2 small radishes
1 packet fresh button mushrooms
1 bunch fresh mint leaves
1 fresh coconut
1 can lychee
1 pack vanilla ice cream
1 packet dates
1 bottle honey
1 small packet brown sugar
For faster preparation:
Soak and boil the chickpeas. Make the coconut paste for the pulao and refrigerate. Assemble the lychee ice cream as per the instructions and freeze.
How to go about it:
Prepare the tikkis and keep in the preheated oven. Meanwhile prepare the tempering for the pulao and put it to cook. During the service of the tikkis, the pulao is ready.
