You can design them depending on every one’s tastes and preferences, that could be super rich or low fat or masaledar or subtle. Try out the following this time – Green Moong and Pepper Dip, Labneh and Spinach Dip.

Shopping list

250 grams sprouted green moong
1 medium red bell pepper
1 small packet crushed red chillies
1 small bottle olive oil
1 small packet brown bread slices
1 bagel bread
1 litre yogurt
1 small bottle tahini paste
1 small packet fresh cream
50 grams parsley
1 bunch spinach
100 grams paneer
1 packet cream cheese

For faster preparation
Roast the bell pepper, remove skin and keep aside. Make the bagel crisp. Do chopping of required ingredients.

How to go about it
Make the labneh first and refrigerate it. Make the green moong dip. Make the spinach dip.
