Ingredients list for Spinach Dip
- 1 medium bunch Spinach Leaves
- 4 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 medium Onion
- to taste Salt
- 50 grams Paneer (cottage cheese)
- 50 grams Cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Roughly chop onion and spinach and add. Add salt and sauté till all the moisture evaporates.
- Transfer into a mixer jar. Roughly chop paneer and add.
- Add cream cheese, yogurt and lemon juice and grind to a slightly coarse dip.
- Transfer into a bowl and serve at room temperature or chilled.
