Colour Your Plate This Holi

It is holi and the food you eat should definintly match the colourful festive flair. Check out these
recipes which totally blend with the theme of holi and give you a multicolour plate of delicious food – in less than 30 minutes.

MenuBread Chaat, Lilva RiceBeetroot Raita

Shopping list

1 packet of sliced bread
100 grams butter
1 bottle of sweet chutney
A small bunch of mint (For green chutney)
100 grams Nylon Sev
200 grams beetroot
100 grams Surti Papdi
100 grams Papdi Beans

For faster preparation 

Make the green chutney for the chaat. Toast the bread slices and cut with the help of cookie cutter. Boil the potatoes. Chop the vegetables. Boil the beetroot. Roast the cumin seeds and grind to powder. Make the paste for the rice and keep. Soak the rice.

How to go about it

Mix all the ingredients for the raita and refrigerate. Make the rice. Assemble the chaat.
