Ingredients list for Yogurt and Prune Bruschetta
- 1 Baguette
- 1/2 cup Hung Yogurt
- 16 Prunes
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce
- 4 tablespoons Processed cheese grated
Method
- Cut the baguette diagonally into thick slices and place them in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil and rub well over the slices.
- Place the prepared slices in an air fryer and toast at 200º C for 5-7 minutes.
- Put hung yogurt in a bowl and whisk well. Add red chilli sauce and mix well.
- Spread yogurt mixture on the toasted slices, place 2 prunes over each slice, top with ½ tbsp grated cheese and place them again in the air fryer and cook at 200º C for 2-3 minutes.
- Arrange the yogurt and prune bruschettas on a serving plate and serve immediately.
