Ingredients list for Yogurt and Prune Bruschetta

  • 1 Baguette
  • 1/2 cup Hung Yogurt
  • 16 Prunes
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Processed cheese grated

Method

  1. Cut the baguette diagonally into thick slices and place them in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil and rub well over the slices.
  2. Place the prepared slices in an air fryer and toast at 200º C for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Put hung yogurt in a bowl and whisk well. Add red chilli sauce and mix well.
  4. Spread yogurt mixture on the toasted slices, place 2 prunes over each slice, top with ½ tbsp grated cheese and place them again in the air fryer and cook at 200º C for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Arrange the yogurt and prune bruschettas on a serving plate and serve immediately.
