Ingredients
- 1 kilogram almonds, saoked for 3-4 hours and skinned
- 30 grams fresh fread crumbs
- 25 litres red wine vinegar
- 50 litres olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together and blend in electric blender.
 Leave to infuse for 24 hours. Strain through a fine strainer.
- Season with salt and serve.
