Ingredients 

  • 1 kilogram almonds, saoked for 3-4 hours and skinned
  • 30 grams fresh fread crumbs
  • 25 litres red wine vinegar
  • 50 litres olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and blend in electric blender.
    Leave to infuse for 24 hours. Strain through a fine strainer.
  2. Season with salt and serve.
