Ingredients list for Walnut Chocolate Fudge
- 1/2 cup Walnuts chopped
- 100 grams Dark chocolate grated
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 400 grams Condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Mawa (khoya) grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Method
- Heat a pan, add butter and let it melt. Add grated chocolate and stir till it melts. Add condensed milk and mix. Cook for two to three minutes. Grease a tray. Add walnuts to the pan and mix. Add grated khoya, vanilla essence and mix.
- Transfer the mixture onto the greased tray and spread evenly. Cool in the refrigerator before cutting into pieces.
