Method

  1. Slice brinjals into half inch thick slices. Marinate them with lemon juice, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper powder. Mix besan, baking powder, coriander leaves and salt. Add sufficient water to make a smooth batter of coating consistency.
