Add garlic, onions, cherry tomatoes, black peppercorns, crushed black peppercorns and mix well. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Drain and add black and green olives and mix well. Drain and add rice, vegetable stock, tomato puree and mix well. Add salt and mix well. Roughly tear basil leaves and add. Mix well, cover and cook till rice is done. Serve hot.
