Ingredients list for Til ke Gajak

  • 1 cup White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 200 grams Condensed milk

Method

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Switch off the heat and stir further for half a minute.
  2. Cool them completely, transfer into a mixer jar and grind into a coarse powder.
  3. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add the ground powder and sauté till light golden.
  4. Lower heat, add condensed milk and cook, stirring continuously, till the mixture thickens.
  5. Spread the mixture in a greased aluminium tray and set aside to cool.
  6. Cut into pieces, arrange on a serving plate and serve.
