Ingredients list for Til Ke Cheese Toasts
- 2 tablespoons Bread Slices
- Cheese
- 3 tablespoons Cheese grated
- 3 Bread slices
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Mustard powder
- to taste Salt
- to shallow fry Oil
Method
- Heat the milk in a pan till hot.
- Lower the heat and stir in the flour.
- Add cheese, red chilli powder, mustard powder, salt and one teaspoon sesame seeds and stir till the cheese melts.
- Trim the edges of the bread slices and then cut them into four triangles.
- Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan.
- Dip the bread pieces into the sauce and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and shallow-fry till golden in colour.
- Drain and place them on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot.
