Tikha sauce

Tikha in Hindi means spicy. This spicy sauce is made from green chillies and coriander leaves. Green chilliies and coriander are cooked and then ground to fine paste. This is Sanjeev Kapoor Exclusive Recipe.

Ingredients 

  • 100 grams green chillies, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies and salt and saute for two minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
  2. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice to a fine paste by adding little water. Serve.
