Ingredients list for Tender Coconut Ice Cream
- 1 cup Tender coconut flesh (malai) chopped
- 1 cup Chilled Milk
- 1 cup Fresh cream chilled
- 1 cup Milk powder
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
Method
- Place the milk, fresh cream, milk powder, powdered sugar and tender coconut flesh in a blender jar and blend well.
- Pour into an ice cream container and freeze till well set.
- Scoop and serve.
