Add green chillies, curry leaves, ginger, cumin seeds, asafoetida and sauté for a minute. Add gram flour and sugar and sauté till fragrant. Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder and sauté for another minute. Add French beans and sauté for two to three minutes. Add the blanched tomatoes and sauté for five to seven minutes. Add lady fingers , kokam, coriander leaves, salt and two cups of water and cook on a medium flame for eight to ten minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. Remove from flame.
