Ingredients list for Suji Ke Meethe Puffs
- 1 cup Semolina
- 1 cup Refined Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Coconut, scraped
- 1 cup Milk
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Mix together semolina, refined flour, sugar, coconut. Add milk and mix well. Cover and keep aside for one hour.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai on medium heat. Stir the batter well and pour small ladlefuls into the medium hot oil.
- Do not overcrowd the kadai. Turn the balls a few times so that they get fried evenly golden.
- Drain onto an absorbent paper and serve.
