Ingredients list for Stuffed Baked Roti

  • 4 Rotis (left over)
  • 4 teaspoons Tomato ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Chilli sauce
  • 1 cup Potato bhaji (leftover)
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheese,grated
  • few stalks Spring onion greens, finely chopped

Method

  1. Apply tomato ketchup on one side of the rotis. Then apply a little chilli sauce. Place a portion of potato bhaji in the center of each roti and roll.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 ˚C. Take a baking dish. Pour a little milk and sprinkle a little of the grated cheese and chopped spring onion greens. Place the roti rolls on it.
  3. Pour the remaining milk and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese. Lastly sprinkle the remaining spring onion greens.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ˚C for fifteen minutes. Serve hot.
