Ingredients list for Stuffed Baked Roti
- 4 Rotis (left over)
- 4 teaspoons Tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Chilli sauce
- 1 cup Potato bhaji (leftover)
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheese,grated
- few stalks Spring onion greens, finely chopped
Method
- Apply tomato ketchup on one side of the rotis. Then apply a little chilli sauce. Place a portion of potato bhaji in the center of each roti and roll.
- Preheat oven to 200 ˚C. Take a baking dish. Pour a little milk and sprinkle a little of the grated cheese and chopped spring onion greens. Place the roti rolls on it.
- Pour the remaining milk and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese. Lastly sprinkle the remaining spring onion greens.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ˚C for fifteen minutes. Serve hot.
