Ingredients list for Strawberry Ice Cream
- 2/3 cup Strawberry Crush
- 2 teaspoons Milk
- 1 cup Milk
Method
- Mix the cornflour in two tablespoons of water and set aside. Boil the milk in a non-stick pan, add the cornflour mixture and two tablespoons powdered sugar, mix well and then simmer for three to four minutes.
- Set aside to cool. Whip the cream with remaining powdered sugar to a soft peak consistency. Mix the cooled milk mixture with the cream and strawberry crush.
- Pour it into a shallow dish and freeze it. Remove from the freezer and blend in a blender till the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Freeze the mixture again until firm. Scoop and serve.
