Ingredients list for Stir Fried Beansprouts With Spring Onion Greens
- 1 3/4 cup Bean Sprouts
- 3 stalks Spring Onion Greens cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon Sesame oil (til oil)
Method
- Heat sesame oil in a non stick wok. Add garlic and sauté for ten seconds. Add bean sprouts and sauté for a minute.
- Add salt, sugar and spring onion greens. Sauté for 15 seconds. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
