By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole Wheat Flour, Oatmeal Cuisine American Course Desserts Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Spiced Wholemeal And Oat Pancake 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1/4 cup Oatmeal 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon Soda bicarbonate 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder 1 1/2 cups Buttermilk as required Maple syrup or honey Method Take whole wheat flour in a bowl. Add oats, powdered sugar and mix. Add baking powder, soda bicarbonate, cinnamon powder and mix. Add buttermilk gradually and whisk continuously so that there are no lumps. The consistency should not be too thin. Heat a pan on low heat. Pour a ladle of batter and let it spread around the pan. Cook till the underside is done.
