Ingredients list for Sea Salt Grilled Fish
- 1 large Pomfret
- 5 Egg whites
- 3 kilogram Sea salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Clean the fish from inside and pat it dry.
- Add egg whites to the sea salt and mix well. On a roasting tray spread a layer of half the salt. Place the fish over it and cover the fish again with the remaining salt.
- Roast in the oven at 425ºF for thirty to thirty five minutes. Serve hot.
