Ingredients list for Scrambled Eggs With Mushrooms And Red Capscium
- 4 large Eggs
- 3 large Mushrooms
- 1/2 medium Red capsicum cubed
- 1/4 cup Cream
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 medium Onions chopped
- 3 large Green Californian chillies sliced
- 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese grated
- 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese grated
Method
- Break eggs in a large bowl and beat lightly. Stir in fresh cream and salt to taste.
- Melt butter in a large frying pan. Cook onions, mushrooms and red capsicum until tender. Add chillies and egg mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally until eggs begin to set.
- Sprinkle both the cheeses over the eggs. Cover and cook until eggs are set and fully cooked.
