Ingredients for Salad Wrap Recipe

  • Whole Whheat tortillas 4

  • Cucumber

  • Olive oil 4 tablespoons

  • Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Lollorosso lettuce torn 1 cup

  • Romaine lettuce torn 1/2 cup

  • Iceberg lettuce torn 1/2 cup

  • Sweet corn niblets boiled 1/2 cup

  • Cucumbers cubed 2 medium

  • Sour cream 4 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper powder to make the vinaigrette.

Step 2

Combine the lettuce, sweetcorn niblets and cucumber with the vinaigrette. Heat the tortillas on a tawa for about twenty seconds.

Step 3

You can also heat them in a microwave oven. Evenly spread the saladon each warm tortillas, dribble sour cream and roll them up.

Step 4

Serve immediately.
