Ingredients list for Sago With Honeydew
- 3/4 cup Sago
- 1 Honeydew Melon
- 1 cup Fresh coconut milk
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- as required Ice cubes
- 4 tablespoons Rose syrup
Method
- Soak sago in 2 cups water for 30 minutes. Drain. Heat 4 cups in a deep non stick pan, add sago and cook till translucent. Drain well and set aside to cool completely.
- Halve the melon and scoop out small balls and place them in a deep glass bowl. Add sago, fresh coconut milk and sugar and mix well. Add ice cubes and mix. Pour into individual stemmed glasses.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp rose syrup on each glass and serve chilled.
