  • 2 cups Apple
  • 3/4 Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Khoya/mawa,grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons Mixed nuts,chopped

Method

  1. Cook the grated apples with sugar in a thick-bottomed kadai till the sugar melts. Add the khoya and cook over low heat until the khoya melts.
  2. Continue to cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until the moisture dries up. Stir in the cardamom powder. Decorate with the mixed nuts and serve hot.
