Ingredients for Rose Ice Cream With Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • Vanilla ice cream 1 cup

  • Gulab jamuns 6-8

  • Dried rose petals 5-7

  • Gulkand 2 teaspoons

  • Rose water 2 teaspoons

  • Rose syrup 1/4 cup


Step 1

Mix together ice cream, rose petals, gulkand, rose water and rose syrup in a bowl and freeze till set.

Step 2

Soak the gulab jamuns in a little water and heat in the microwave for one minute.

Step 3

Squeeze the gulab jamuns to remove excess water and serve them topped with the rose ice cream and drizzled with a little rose syrup and a few rose petals on top.
