Ingredients list for Rasgulla Delight

  • 6 Rosogullas
  • 12 Digestive Biscuits crushed
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 1 tin Mixed fruits
  • 6 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • for garnish Chocolate sauce
  • 4-5 Strawberries for garnish

Method

  1. Crush digestive biscuits and mix with butter.
  2. Press the biscuits into the base of a serving dish.
  3. Cut rasgullas in halves and arrange a layer of rasgullas on the biscuit layer.
  4. Put the mixed fruits on rasgullas then pour chocolate sauce on it.
  5. Put scoops of vanilla icecream on top and decorate with chopped strawberries and chocolate sauce.
