Ingredients list for Rasgulla Delight
- 6 Rosogullas
- 12 Digestive Biscuits crushed
- 1/4 cup Butter melted
- 1 tin Mixed fruits
- 6 scoops Vanilla ice cream
- for garnish Chocolate sauce
- 4-5 Strawberries for garnish
Method
- Crush digestive biscuits and mix with butter.
- Press the biscuits into the base of a serving dish.
- Cut rasgullas in halves and arrange a layer of rasgullas on the biscuit layer.
- Put the mixed fruits on rasgullas then pour chocolate sauce on it.
- Put scoops of vanilla icecream on top and decorate with chopped strawberries and chocolate sauce.
