Ingredients list for Pumpkin South Indian Style

  • 500 grams Pumpkin 1 inch cubes

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions and sauté on high heat. Add pumpkin pieces and sauté for a few minutes. Add crushed garlic and sauté. Add fresh red chillies, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix. Add cinnamon powder, desiccated coconut, chopped tomatoes and half a cup of water. Cover and cook for twenty to twenty five minutes or till done. Serve hot.
