  • 25-30 Medium prawns

Method

  1. Grind ginger, garlic, prawns, salt, coriander leaves and egg coarsely. Transfer into a bowl. Apply this mixture on all the bread slices. Cut each slices into 3 strips.
  2. Sprinkle white and black sesame seeds on top and press lightly so that they stick. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  3. You can also bake them in preheated oven at 220°C. Serve hot.
