Ingredients list for Pomfret Oven Baked
- 2 large Pomfret
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- 7-8 cloves Garlic,crushed
- 1 inch piece Ginger,crushed
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli paste
- 3 tablespoons Barbeque sauce
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- 16-20 sprigs Fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons Garlic flavoured olive oil
Method
- Clean the fish thoroughly and make four to five horizontal slits on both sides. Apply salt and lemon juice and set aside for five minutes.
- Mix together garlic, ginger, red chilli paste, bar-be-cue sauce and balsamic vinegar and apply this paste all round the fish. Marinade for fifteen minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C.
