Ingredients for Pomfret Oven Baked Recipe

  • Pomfret 2 large

  • Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Garlic,crushed 7-8 cloves

  • Ginger,crushed 1 inch piece

  • Red chilli paste 1 tablespoon

  • Barbeque sauce 3 tablespoons

  • Balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh mint leaves 16-20 sprigs

  • Garlic flavoured olive oil 2 tablespoons

Method

Step 1

Clean the fish thoroughly and make four to five horizontal slits on both sides. Apply salt and lemon juice and set aside for five minutes.

Step 2

Mix together garlic, ginger, red chilli paste, bar-be-cue sauce and balsamic vinegar and apply this paste all round the fish. Marinade for fifteen minutes.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 230°C.
