Ingredients for Plant in a Jar Recipe

  • Dark chocolate chopped 1 cup

  • Fresh cream 1 cup

  • chocolate hazelnut sauce ¼ cup

  • Whipped cream 2 cups

  • Dark chocolate biscuits 8-10

  • Fresh mint sprigs 4


Step 1

Heat cream in a non-stick pan

Step 2

Take chocolate in a bowl. Add hot cream and mix till chocolate melts.

Step 3

Add chocolate hazelnut sauce and fold in. Add whipped cream and fold in again. Add remaining whipped cream and fold in well. This is chocolate-hazelnut mousse.

Step 4

Fill a piping bag with mousse and pipe out into individual serving jars filling ¾ of it and tap. Refrigerate till set.

Step 5

Put dark chocolate cookies in a zip-lock bag, seal and coarsely crush with a rolling pin.

Step 6

Put some cookie crumbs on top of each jar and place 1 mint sprig in the center.

Step 7

Serve chilled.
