Take tempura flour in a bowl. Add sufficient cold water and whisk well to make a smooth and thick batter. Add castor sugar and mix well till sugar dissolves. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Dip guava wedges in the batter and deep-fry till light golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
