Ingredients for Pethe ki kheer Recipe

  • Milk 3 cups

  • Petha grated 10

  • Almonds sliver 2 tablespoons

  • Saffron (kesar) a few strands

Method

Step 1

Boil milk in a non stick pan, allow it to reduce a bit.

Step 2

Add the grated petha and boil the mixture. When the mixture thickens. Add almonds and saffron. Mix again and serve hot or cold.
